We at Ziyabuya pride ourselves on providing our Clients with Staff who offer the correct skills in order to help get the job done in the best way possible. Our staff go directly to the site in time for work where they start their nine-hour day at 7.00 am and finish at 4.00 pm. should additional or different working hours are required; we will happily accommodate your needs as best we can. 

We are currently a Level 2 BBBEE Company. We are a Registered Private Employment Company with the Department of Labour, and registered for UIF, PAYE, Workmen’s Compensation Fund we ensure that the best interests of both our Clients and our Staff are always seen to . We offer training programs to better equip our staff, thus giving our Clients stable and qualified skilled staff as well as empowering the individuals who are employed by Ziyabuya.

A Team Leader for each labour intensive team is available if required, who is able to converse in either English or Afrikaans, deals directly with the Site Foreman. This allows the Site Foreman the ability to focus on other tasks at hand. This, together with regular Management site visits, ensures that we constantly have our finger on the pulse.
